Hi there! Is it worth getting a masters in tech or to go back to get a B.S. I know I would have to take a couple classes if I were to pursue the masters.

Did any of you take the GMAT (no matter how long ago) what did you get? And if you applied to b school where did you get in?

In this field, when choosing a masters degree program is it more beneficial to get a degree in Human Resources to further my knowledge in HR (my undergraduate degree is in Economics) , an MBA, or Data Science Degree due to the fact that HR is becoming more data driven as well as get a PHR / SHRM-CP certification?

I have a looming sense of self hatred. I take medication I workout and do all the things to feel good, but it’s just stuck there. So, a recruiter gave me feedback that my lack SPHR or SHRM-SCP is causing my resume to be knock out by AI and human recruiters despite my position and work history in Multinationals and being in Technology. They suggested that we put SPHR ( Lapsed). I let it lapse in 2017. What is your opinion? Plus if I were to take another certification - should I take SPHR or SHRM-SCP?
