I had an interview with Cognizant and then got an email from HR to fill in CIS form and also along with to send all the documents. After i send all those details i got an email saying the position went on hold and to wait until they revert.
Any idea that how much time it would take for the position to be released? They did not respond when i asked the same question.

I recently got a night shift project (2 days ago) that requires me to work from 10:30pm till 7:30am
I'm not comfortable with these timings and I'm thinking to ask my manager to put me on Bench (Due to medical reasons that involve mental health)
Is it a nice idea to say a firm No to a new project I'm hardlocked into, due to night shifts?

I have a technical background, and leaned into that a bit for the interviews for where I am now (current role is not considered primarily technical), but I believe my ability to collaborate, critically assess and solve problems, project management experience, and documentation experience were strong skills to bring to the table. Being a great verbal and written communicator is also helpful. In general, there's a lot that you likely can bring to the table in terms of soft skills and transferrable skills, and being able to speak to them during an interview and highlight them in your resume can help.
