Received an offer from Deloitte as a consultant at $115k, $10k sign on bonus, 12% annual bonus. About 6.5 yrs out of college working full time as a consultant since. This is at best a flat move both in role and comp. recruiter said that pay, sign on, and target bonus are max and there is no room to negotiate up…Essentially take it or leave it. Does that sound accurate? Should I ask to come in at senior consultant?

Invest 1/3 of your cash on the sidelines when the stock falls 10%, another third at 20% and the rest at 30%. Definitely helped in March. What Ime udoka ( Celtics coach) did was wrong, but such matters are btn him, Nia Long and the woman he cheated with. Celtics had zero business intervening in the matter by banning him for a year. These were two consenting adults and both executives. Seems to me there is a deeper motivation for this.
