I'm a javascript/react developer since inception of my career & haven't worked much on CICD/JENKINS and similar technology.
Should I be worried that as a lead I don't know these and will it affect by job security?

I left my previous job last month as my probation period was ending, and continuing would have required signing a 3-year bond. The role was not aligned with my academic background and career goals, so I decided to move on in search of better opportunities. I left the position without completing the 3-month notice period, and I do not have a relevant experience certificate or relieving letter from the company.
Currently, I am applying for roles that match my skills and background. I would like guidance on how to approach salary negotiations during interviews. Also, I’m unsure whether to include this experience on my CV, given the short duration and lack of documentation. How should I handle this situation during interviews?
