What payment provider does your retail job use? IMy boss is pretty cheap and he uses Moneris (Canada) but the machines are terrible, and I hate that you have to type the amount into the pinpad. I'm so jealous of people who get to use Square!!

Moneris has to be absolutely god awful if you're jealous of Square. That's what we use and I hate it. It's easy enough to get up and running, which is nice, but if you want to do anything at all outside the box (like offering discounts on purchases over a certain $ threshold), you're SOL. Super frustrating.

A friend of mine has just left Infosys BPM (Consultant). He is serving notice period. It's been 1 month and it seems like manager is hell bent to make him work day and night. And this is sudden change. As per him same had happened with one of his colleagues too. Anybody here has any idea about it ? Can he speak up and object to working over time and on weekends ?
