What to wear when I visit a big law firm after I have already accepted an offer?

I already accepted a position as a mid level associate at this firm. Going to visit the firm’s local office for an office tour, meeting with some partners, and lunch with other associate at the rooftop (think humid dc weather). As this is not an interview, I am thinking that a blazer would be too much? I am thinking more in the line of business formal … like a dress or a nice blouse and skirt. Any advices? Thanks.

What is the firm dress code/what do people usually wear on a daily basis? Match that but perhaps a bit elevated.

What do you consider business formal? To me that means a suit with a jacket, so a dress or blouse and skirt can be business casual.

Never hesitate to wear a suit in the early days. You’re making first impressions.

A blazer would not be too much, and I'd probably do blazer and a dress, or blazer with pants and a blouse (but not a suit).

like

Definitely a blazer is not too much. Always better to err on the side of being too dressed for the situation. Better to show up in a suit than too casual.

like

You should look up what the culture of the firm is and match that. If it’s ultra conservative dress where a suit. If people are more laid back, wear business casual. Your dress idea is a good option. If you’re still unsure and nervous, just wear the blazer. It’s always better to be over dressed than under dressed.

Hi!Would like to get some perspectives on the Walmart and Amazon offers that I just received. Slightly more interested in Amazon Fashion's work but it's offered at $80K less than Walmart...
A few questions here:
1) Is the Amazon brand better than Walmart that's worth $80K in TC?
2) Are Strategy roles better perceived than Marketing roles and will have higher long-term pay potential? (I went to business school where almost everybody wants to do Strategy...)
3) Is Amazon culture very concerning?
