What's a normal interval between job application stages these days? There's one company in enjoying talking to but it's roughly 1.5 weeks between each stage... and there's another 2 stages to go. Good thing is they're positive at each step.

Is that slow? Normal? Fast? (I'm used to things moving faster hahaha).

Recently got an offer from PharmEasy for the Data Analyst role with a 30 % hike from current salary at Deloitte, where CTC is 8.1 LPA
But will have to pay in the training cost along with the joining bonus which comes up to 2.4 lac. Really confused what to do as I've been on bench for 3 months now with no learning opportunity and don't know what kind of projects I might get ahead and what about the wlb as compared to PharmEasy.
