good evening to you all please I really need this work
What are the components in contact with the bearings in question?
If a titanium nickel alloy is compatible with the existing metals, it would be less likely to store heat from the friction therefore reducing the requirement to add or supplement additional lubricants across time. Significant upfront investment but long term savings may even out. Not knowing the full specs of your system hard to determine the best options.
They make magnetic bearings... definitely not the cheapest upfront cost but often pay themselves back 10000% in maintenance/replacement costs as they almost never need to be replaced. No friction and wear produced, no heat produced. Also with no friction and/or heat being transferred down the motor shaft it puts less resistance on the motor and increases efficiency.
Good call
