I recently found out that I’m pregnant, but am also on the job hunt. Do I need to, and/or how do I, tell future employers during the interview process?

I have a new client call tomorrow, and I’m nervous. Apparently, this client is difficult to please and was not impressed with the last person they met who was supposed to be in my role. How do I introduce myself in a way that’s going to make them think “THIS GUY HAS IT”. Exact sentence structure appreciated lol

Any advice on how to be a good project manager? I’m working on becoming one and would really appreciate any tips. Especially with managing projects that is not your area of expertise.

Does anyone enjoy lender work? If so, what about it did you find appealing? I’ve somehow been saddled with all the lender work at my firm (despite never having expressed an interest in it and having no experience with it) and it’s miserable. Is it really that difficult to get hired for a federal job? I was interviewed for a GS12 job but never heard back, they still didn’t hire anyone and I didn’t get a rejection. I applied for another GS07 job, was accepted, I took it, but I believe I can do better. I have a master’s and have extra graduate research experience. I am still applying to new jobs but I was told it is impossible to move up the grade level now. Everyone is telling me to stick with the government. What are your thoughts?

I am a Chartered Accountant, and its been 1.3 years working in Deloitte US India, and my total post qualification experience includes 1 year in CA Firm as well. I am really looking for a job which I could continue to love till my eternity. I don't know, if its me or all the people are working just to get bank credit notifications. In need of advice. In February, I was reassigned teams within my firm. My new team is very busy. My former counterpart is due in October and I’ve been notified I’m expected to continue working for my team & cover my former counterpart’s desk during maternity leave. Per HR a temp isn’t an option. I doubt I’ll be able to keep up with the workload of both. On top of it all, my family plan to move cross country this fall. How would you handle this? Don’t want to leave on a bad note/give notice yet.
