It’s unlikely unless you can prove exception and that you were unable to take it because of client chargeable work. Usually you get five days rollover max, and whatever you do don’t request any exceptions now - you still have four months to fit it in!
Well I think it has to be done after the fact and with manager approval - I.e. ‘I couldn’t take my holiday because I was critical to client delivery’

Explain your exception to HR now to understand if it is valid. Even client work is usually not a good excuse. They want you to take it and not burn out (bad look for them if you go below your entitlement because of Accenture pressuring you).
Typically excuses are absences where you a true leave but can’t use it such as parental or compassionate leave.
It used to be you can get paid out for 5 and carry 5. Now I believe it’s just carry 5. As others have said though putting in an exception when the exception period opens for an extra 5 more likely to be approved
I carried over 15 days once. I had to submit an exception request explaining that I have expertise in a really niche skill critical to my current project’s delivery. Also, that the request was coming from the project lead saying that my absence would have risked delivery timelines.
