As soon as I’m done with INNOCEAN, I’ll instantly take a jump out of Germany since this place sets an incredibly high benchmark for you to even want to try out anywhere else.
It’s the least German agency in Germany, top-notch diversity (the entire office has 72 people, 32 nationalities, and only a handful were actually born here), the people are hands-down the nicest I’ve ever met, and I have major respect for Ricardo (ECD) and Gabriel (CCO). What sets this place apart is their bollocks-free, layers-free, and assholes-free environment, I’m quite close to my CDs and even Ricardo himself, and literally eveyone, including folks from the Account/Strategy floor, is welcomed stop by the guy’s desk to just bounce ideas off the wall.
Greatness aside, we mostly work on cars account, which might get your energy saturated at some point, but there’s plenty of room for proactive ideas to happen since what’s been heavily levelling them up in the German ad scheme is all thanks to proactive projects (Printed by Parkinson). Lots of Brazillians as well so you’ll likely hear Portuguese around the office very frequently, which is understandable since the guys have major connections from the Brazillian markets — but those that are brought on board are all brilliant.
Also, this is probably a sexy point, but they’ve just hired 2 guys who were behind Salla 2032 from Africa Brazil and Board Of Change from FCB Chicago. I’m thrilled to work with both.
