Hi guys, I have got one full time job for 14LPA from 10.5LPA in Coforge for BA role. On the other hand, I have one more offer for Canada and the job is on 2 years contract basis with 80k CAD per annum where I have to sign 2 years agreement as well that I can’t back out once I get the offer. I was interested to go CA but scared in terms of job security, economic slowdown and a big change. Is it worth going to CA on contract basis job declining the full time opportunity in India.

I already have an MBA from India but to get a US Univ Brand on my resume I’m looking to pursue an EMBA course, please let me know your thoughts if it improves chances in getting role elevation?

It's been just 2 months that I am working as a Manager in my company. But I'm really confused.
I was working vey hard and dedicated for past two years. But instead of giving a good raise, thay gave me a Position. I do really love this position and my work. But because of the poor salary, I don't know how much longer I'll be working here.

Is it worth it to go back to school for a better track to a FAANG company? The division I’m currently in seems like there are no good opportunities, and I have the funds available to finish my undergraduate full time (Canada). I got an offer in industry! Feeling excited but at the same time very confused. It’s a good offer that I don’t want to pass up but also feel extremely bad leaving during busy season. Is a 3 week notice enough? Do I let this opportunity go and just hope something will line up down the road ? Thoughts ?

One of my frustrations with myself (writing it out here so I can work on it) is that I will print out something that I need, such as a traffic collision report. I will read it without actually reading it. This results in spending time without actually retaining info. Does this happen to anyone else? I’ve found that I can actually focus when I truly force myself, but often this happens after I’ve discovered an error or an important piece of information that I should have noticed earlier.
