Do you feel like Meta hires talent to brain drain the industry of any competition? Sounds like lots of cool ideas and nothing gets shipped over there.

That's always been a suspicion about a lot of companies, even before tech companies, the idea that they buy talent and bench it. In some cases there have been suspicions that tech giants have bought other companies just to take them out of competition. I think there may have been some anti-trust cases where that was a factor. It's one of those things that's always assumed, but it's virtually impossible to prove.

Larsen & Toubro Infotech I have an offer from Atos and Hcl and Lti . Highest package is LTI with 19 lpa , YOE 10 years sap basis . I am trying to negotiate with atos for 22 lpa but it seems they are reluctant to agree and they said max they can offer is 19 lpa. Two years into MBB post MBA, I realize my passion lies in technology. Although to progress in tech, you need to be a product manager. A long post: seeking some perspective. My husband of 2 years that I’ve been in a relationship with for more than 8 years just woke up one day and told me that he’s unhappy in our relationship. I’m devastated because he’s never expressed anything like this in the 8 years. He’s been super supportive and loving, even when we were in a long distance relationship.
