Hi fishes...
Can anyone tell me about the training given in hashedin for lateral employees.
Is it only assessments or is some sort of training also given? And what is the difficulty level?
Will the instructors help the employees....?
Any information will be useful...🙂
Thanks in advance!

Haha I promise we aren’t stealing students’ ideas. Pinky swear.
At least you are an honest thief. I appreciate that.
While I don’t condone the stealing of ideas, ideas by themselves cannot be thought of as precious. Most of your ideas will die in various ways (or in rare cases be stolen). Your worth as a creative is not a single idea. It’s consistently having great ideas over a long career. My advice is move on and keep producing ideas that are better than the one that was stolen. I’m not going to mince words…This industry is unfair in so many ways. The more you dwell on it the less effective you become. Focus on being great consistently, the rest will take care of itself.
Love this advice.
I'm sure we've all had moments where ideas that went ignored when we shared them were celebrated when said by someone else, or work that was presented to a client eventually got produced without us.
It's not fair, and we should always advocate for ourselves. But having an abundance not scarcity mindset is so, so helpful with creative work.
There's this expression "a person in motion finds their luck." The more we stay stuck dwelling on what's unfair the less we're able to keep moving to the next idea.
I've also had moments where ideas I thought were truly original I later found out had already been done. It happens often.
I mean.. not really. Student work can have good nuggets, but a CD ripping an entire concept/idea/execution would have me questioning their competence as senior creatives/leaders.
If they want to make it, you’re way more likely to get an internship for it than have it stolen
I promise you this isn't happening.
That’s a pretty egotistical take. I promise you that’s not happening.
@OP post your book
There are so many ideas that have been pitched and thought of. Don’t worry about that.
