Damn everyone who just posted between me and my ^ followup post 😂
If it's a mixed drink, always ask for them to leave out the simple syrup or sugar. That's the main culprit.
^ know this because I researched what cocktails I can throw back while still meeting my fitness goals
Liquor > wine > beer
any liquor straight/on the rocks. no carbs and lowest calorie. alternatively mix with club soda. tonic has a ton of calories
Mojoto is definitely not the answer. Vodka soda.
Any straight liquor is the best, bourbon and ice for me

Tequila makes you live longer and happier and also helps to lose weight...somewhere around the 6th shot you really feel invincible.
P1- is the weight loss due to the projectile vomiting?
