I have accepted offer letter.would like to change my surname in offer letter.last company my surname is yyy. have recived offer letter with surname as yyy. My govt IDs have surname after marriage zzz.I would like to join tcs with surname zzz. What is the procedure.?

Before taking resignation they were saying will get letter in 2 days max, now Delay in offer letter even after more than month from the day I took my resignation back.

My father is a farmer and mother is a homemaker. I'm living in tier -3 city (not so known). My monthly HRA component in salary slip is 15K per month. In order to fully utilise it for exemption -

1. Can I make a rental agreement with my father for 6 months and show 18-19k per month in agreement? .

2. One more rental agreement with relative for another 6 months and show 18-19k per month in agreement?

It would require PAN card but both the house owners are farmer.
