Does anyone have suggestions for what a salary should be for a Digital Marketing Analyst | Paid Social & Performance Media? I have 1 year of experience, the job asks for 0-1 year of experience. I feel I over meet the qualifications in some areas and just meet them in others. The recruiter said 50k is the salary the company is offer. I know I can negotiate. What are your thoughts on what the salary should be?

It’s better but I still feel like I don’t have complete comfort over the things that we are required to do! But I got a reward and all and seems like the seniors on the project are happy but I am always stressed and don’t think like I’m able to do the work very well! Need help

I have joined one company and worked for 4 days. The working environment is toxic so I decided to move one but today HR called and said he will send legal notice if I don't serve notice period. Or pays 2 month salary.

I have been trying to adjust in my IT job for more than 3yrs now, switched companies but not able to find peace. Work life balance, project allocation, day-night shifts and extremely tight deadlines issues will always be there no matter what. I have been a good performer so far but at the cost of my mental peace and over-work. Never felt settled. Worked more than general hours.
Maybe I don't know how to cope up and say No. Shall I be taking a break and think about future? I'm already 25.
