Thought this was interesting. Across 160 teams of researchers, just about all failed to make good life outcome predictions on things like GPA, evictions, layoffs, and others. Data followed 4.5k families across 15 years, with 13k features (varied over time). Haven't looked at it directly yet, but will be turning the docs and data inside out... In the meantime, authors claim this as showing the limits of ML. Oh, and it's published in PNAS, so you know there's some big publication energy there.

Hello, I am a bit confused about a situation that what should I do when other company like tcs and paytm are asking for your counter offer letter. Should I send them the full offer letter if asked by them and if I share the offer letter of accenture then can accenture take back my offer? Not true depends on which firm you join.. service and consulting yes but not product firms normally
It depends on your personal mental factor. If you are getting 20L your Yoe might be around 7-9 yrs. so you have little more responsibility. Every time you are completing a year your experience will added, in fact after you became a big lad you are expected to do much things.
Inshort, WLB Is not only based on salary

It seems good and after knowing the story i find better wlb than my old company where I was earning 4 lpa and 9 lpa.
Let's wait and watch for some more time.
It all depends how you are managing WBL.
