I am a person with inadequate vision in left eye. Although it isn't considered as disability. I have been working in my current company for more than 8 years. Will my disability come in my way if I want to switch jobs. Generally I don't appy for other companies thinking what if they reject me based on this disability.

Getting married in September, have a vax only policy for guests. My fiancé’s sister is bringing her unvaccinated spouse to the hotel where all the wedding festivities are being held b/c she is too scared to fly on an airplane without him. To do an ERA or not before transfer is the question. My clinic said currently the recommendation is to only do an ERA with multiple transfer fails, but I’ve read about ERA’s for those with recurrent pregnancy loss as well. Anyone go through this experience?
