As someone under 30 without kids I will gladly give parents a pass during these times, because I can only imagine how they are all completely mentally and emotionally worn down and depressed and crying with their spouses just to get through this and having to put on a front for their kids during all this.

BUT...frankly these past 6 months should be a a genuine wakeup call for a lot of parents, young and new or old and experienced, that as a whole this industry gives zero fucks about your family, kids, or your emotional/mental health as a result.

Seriously, start looking at client-side or pharma, or jobs in related industries. It’s an actual bummer and totally fucked that there are broken marriages and strained relationships with people’s kids because they are addicted to being a workaholic who helps make shitty TV commercials, or even classic Super Bowl commercials.

If there is a case that we have to quarantine again. Do you all think it is possible for store associates to work remotely? If so, what are some ways this could work?
