Sad but true

In small companies (especially startups), where HR may not really exist or the HR person may be the main violator, how do you deal with inappropriate behavior. If a person has been there a long time and is "too important to fire" how do you handle them?

At a startup I left because of this, my boss had been there since day 1. He was a nightmare. The last straw was when he took out his anger at a home issue on me and made fun of me for being upset. HR told me they couldn't do anything about him.

Could anyone suggest some good sites or YouTube channels to start learning DSA and systems design? Thank you in advance

I have 3 offers which one should accept on the below offer

I’m 5 months into my relationship and we’ve hurt each other a lot and had a lot of arguments already, but we always reconcile. Is it healthy to stay in long term? I find it hard to get back to where we were, usually takes me a couple days after that happens to be okay again.

I’m prescribed Ritalin XR 40mg and when I take it ~10AM I feel great (talkative + focused). Then around 4PM my head feels tight, eyes feel dry, I get monotone and sound depressed…
