While on my maternity leave, my mgr went on sabbatical/long leave ( he had a bad mouth and kept harassing me prior to my leave) , all vintage employees left. After joining back , the dept said that my role has been filled and I will be on bench. Although they are hiring externally. I'm running around like a headless chicken. Rejoining from my maternity leave I neither feel valued or welcome.
