Why do some people at Band 30 list their designation as ‘Process Manager’ on LinkedIn?

Recruitment HR has confirmed in the email that I can collect the asset from pune and work from pune for few days until I go to kolkata.
Onboarding HR is like you have to come down to kolkata for collecting the laptop. Has Anyone faced similar experience?
