Why is every panel about women in STEM just… about being women in STEM? Like, I get it, representation matters, but can we please talk about our work, our research, our code? I want to be celebrated for what I do, not just the demographic I represent. It’s starting to feel like I’m only visible when it’s time to be inspirational, not when it’s time to be technical.
