Back to remote schooling with two elementary aged kiddos and with both hubby and I working, we can’t keep up with the zoom call schedule between the two kids. Anyone have a brilliant solution for helping the kids with their own reminders? They don’t have phones and Alexa all over the house sounds distracting for the rest of us. Ideas?

I was a stay at home mom for 10 years; had 4 children & helped my husband build a decent non legal business. I started my PI practice at end of 2019. I did great in 2020. Unexpectedly I developed inappropriate feelings for a mentor over zoom. We decided to stop working together and started therapy. I faced my horrible childhood trauma, gained confidence and realized how terrible my marriage is. Husband admits mistreating me & regrets taking advantage but thinks I’m unfair for wanting a divorce.

I get paralyzing fear when it comes to speaking up on video calls. I would normally get a bit nervous in public speaking in person, but for whatever reason when I’m speaking into a microphone on a zoom call I just start internally freaking out and my voice gets shaky. Would really appreciate some advice because it makes me feel like there is something wrong with me 😕
