Why is it that when you're searching for a new job—like I'm trying to transition from hospitality to business administration or a receptionist role—many positions advertised as no experience required or entry-level but still require experience? I often find listings that specify "no experience required or entry-level" in the title, but when I read the details, they ask for an experienced receptionist or medical receptionist. It feels frustrating and confusing and deflating. Feedback please

I reckon it was a poorly reviewed description that includes errors from the 'copy-paste' process. I've actually seen job descriptions that were unedited templates before (though thankfully not a lot yet).

Hi
I have received an offer from a company and I'm in the second stage of interviews with another company. I am very interested to see if I could make it through for the second company. So can I accept the offer from first company and then if second one also sends an offer then let the first company know I would like to reject? Also i am on H1B visa. Should I be concerned with that?
