I would guess somewhere in the mid-senior level position would get you there, so maybe 5-10 years in depending on the company you're in? Some companies offer tuition reimbursement or actually pay you more while in school, too. I think your best bet is asking someone in a role above you (if you plan to stay at your current company).

Hmmm I’ll have to check on the tuition reimbursement. I’m at a larger company, so I feel like they might have at least some benefit in that area
Should really ask how many times you have to change companies to get there. I’d look into if your current company offers any tuition reimbursement. Consider your location, you’ll make more in certain areas but have to spend more to be there. Be involved with internal growth if you're at a place that has that available. Rule of thumb, maybe 5ish years.

5 years isn’t too bad… im really hoping to stay with my current company, so maybe I just need to start communicating with my manager on growth opportunities.
I’ve seen folks hit six figures in 4–6 years, especially with strong Excel, SQL, or FP&A skills. Having a CPA or CFA can boost your chances, but so can being in the right industry: tech and finance firms usually pay higher. Keep building and asking for stretch projects. It's about the impact you can bring more than the years of experience, if you can prove you bring value they wont question pay.

I know you’re right on the stretch projects, but those definitely scare me. I think I need to work more on being ok outside my comfort zone.
