Base + yearly bonus- 25.3L
NVIDIA offer-
Base- 27L (they don't have yearly bonus concept)
Joining bonus- 4L
RSU- 80k USD
Please suggest, is this a good offer?

There isn't any scope of much negatiation . They pretty much have a budget in mind which is strictly followed. It is a good place to work with lot of learning apportunity and great wlb. Yearly hikes are below the market standards.

Today HR round happened but she did discussed anything about the salary they can give and said that after discuss with panel, someone will get back to you like that.
May I wait or will they ignore my candidature bcs of my high expectation ?
