I have applied for a Senior Process Data Engineer (Power BI ) in Shell.
Day after applying I got call from HR and had some basic discussions regarding yoe,willing to work in chennai,current ctc and expected ctc..
She told that she will keep the application open on portal so that their team contact me.
In portal status is like invited for interview but I didn’t get any meeting invite.
What is the interview process in shell and how much salary I can demand with 3.2 yrs of experience.Shell

I would've asked for a reassignment long ago. It clear she doesn't enjoy her job.
Sometimes it’s easier to build a house from scratch then to remodel one. There could be water damage and termites behind those walls.
Plus new employees are eager to make a great impression.
How long has she been working there? Is it possible that she is overwhelmed?
She’s been with the firm for over 10 years. It’s been crazy busy since the pandemic, but I don’t think that’s the real issue.
I think sizing someone up and bringing to the table that it's not currently working...that can be the very start of how everything improves. Clear the air first, with nothing to lose at this point.

I would put her in her place. Build a case for her to get fired. If she wants to be a butt let her lose her job over it.
As a legal assistant, I agree your best bet is to ask for a reassignment. If she’s been with the managing partner for a while, it’s unlikely that her behavior will change or that she’ll be asked to leave.
