There are plenty of online options, especially for Python. You might want to look into those, at Coursera, Udemy, and other places. Finding one on one tutoring might be a little trickier, but doing some networking locally might help with that.

Depending on what your goals are, taking some courses as mentioned can be a good start with actual hands-on experience. There are a ton of resources out there from beginner to intermediate. You can use that and try for a certificate or something, but again, just depends what you are trying to do.

Finding a school with personalized attention can be tricky. Have you checked out online platforms like Codecademy or Udemy? They offer interactive courses with support options. Also, I'd consider joining coding communities or meetups where you can get more hands-on guidance

Online platforms like Codecademy or Udemy can be great for hands-on learning in C++ and Python, especially if you prefer learning at your own pace. Additionally, consider joining coding forums or local coding bootcamps that offer personalized mentorship and one-on-one tutoring.

If you're worried about interview preparation once you've boosted your skills, consider using an AI interview assistant to gain real-time feedback and practice those tricky coding questions. It could help you prepare for interviews and increase your confidence. Check this out for more: [AI Copilot](https://beyz.ai/). Good luck on your learning journey!

Hey everyone - I could do with some advice. Not sure what I am doing wrong, but I am having a hard time getting interview calls. I am trying to pivot from consulting to the industry and targeting project/program management roles. I have been doing this work for 7+ years now (total YOE 12 years) so certainly have the right skillset. I have tried a couple of referrals too but that didn’t help either. Any advice you guys could provide would be helpful. Thanks!

There is lots of companies really taking a hit in the tech space. Is this something that people are nervous about? Many seem to still be having a hiring push but with the button falling (IMO this is still just start we have a long way to go to bottom out) will that halt and layoffs ensue? And if so, which depts do you think will get hit the hardest?
