Forcing me to use my standing desk

I've been interviewing with some companies, and now I have to decide between JPMorgan Chase and Globant.
Globant is more innovative, and has remote work. I will enter to work with a Sillicon Valley startup based in San Francisco. The tech stack is React, Nextjs, AWS, and a serverless architecture.
JPM is semi remote, and less innovative. The tech stack Java, SpringBoot and AWS. But I'd do more migration tasks, like dockerize projects and pass them to kubernetes. What would you choose?

Does your current company has PM roles? What is your current company?
Small, boutique consulting company doing public sector consulting work. Yes, I am a senior PM at my current company - do a lot of project and program management work.
What type of companies are you targeting?
Tier 2-4 tech firms. I don’t think I have a chance with Tier 1 ones.
Hmmm… normally, Google, Meta, Amazon prefer the ex-consultant type hires so am surprised you’re struggling to get interviewed.
Have you had your resume checked over professionally?
Does your resume show quantifiable results in there or is it mostly verbal?
What have you delivered in the last 7 years?
Would highly recommend getting your resume professionally screened. You may need more relevant buzz words on there to make it through the auto-bot generator.
Would also advise keeping an up to date LinkedIn profile as that sometimes helps
Good luck OP
Thanks, that’s great advice. I believe my resume has the buzzwords + quantitative impacts. But, you’re right - I should probably get it checked professionally.
