You know how even on your days off, your body still feels tense? Like you’re waiting for something to go wrong, or your brain is still stuck in go-mode. That constant urgency at work, rushing, multitasking, fixing problems back-to-back doesn’t just turn off when your shift ends.

After a while, your nervous system doesn’t know the difference between an actual emergency and a normal day. You’re tired, wired, and somehow always on edge.

No one really warns you how long that feeling sticks around!

Hah I completely understand that feeling. It's so hard to shut off and actually relax. I've noticed it's worst after you've worked a long stretch of days without any time off. After 5-6 straight days at work, it's like you have to relearn how to just chill.

For real! I think that’s why it’s important to take time off every few months. Even if it just a couple days.

Totally agree. Even a couple days away makes such a difference it’s like a reset your nervous system actually needs.

Yes, I do!!!! I experienced this sense of dread annd tension almost every day. I don’t know how I can train my body not to freak out when I’m at home.

I just had my first behavioural interview with VCA for a Digital Consulting Manager role and the Dir said he was going to progress me to the next round.

I have never worked in consulting before, my background is all project management/marketing/advertising and I have an MBA. Wondering if anyone can give me an idea of the type of case questions they've been asked during their interviews for VCA.
