Grilled shrimps with chilli salt

Vietnamese Grilled Shrimps - Tom Nuong Muoi Ot:
Ingredients: 2 lbs shrimps (keep the shell and head).
Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 mins to reduce burning
Marinade: 1 TB garlic minced, 1 tsp chili chopped or chili powder (skip or adjust to your spicy tolerance), 1 TB sea salt, 1/2 TB sugar, 1 tsp pepper, 1 TB oil, 1 TB lime juice.
Mix well and marinade shrimps for abt an hr.
Skewer the shrimps. Grill or broil until shrimps are cooked about 3 to 5 mins each side. Dont overcook or they become dry.

Didn’t have the skewers and used the broiler instead of the grill (too hot to cook outside) but tried your recipe and dayum it is delicious!
