What is your firms average target comp/distributable income per partner?

Wondering if anyone is willing to share what the target comp is for new partners in your firm. I’m specifically looking for comp info for non big 4 firms.

We have some at my firm leaving to be a direct entry partner at EY consulting. He was told he will benefit from the split the same way all other EY partners will. Anyone know if that is accurate?

If a big 4 partner wanted to get an executive mba are they usually able to get the firm to pay for part of it?
