If a big 4 partner wanted to get an executive mba are they usually able to get the firm to pay for part of it?

For the people who earned the SHRM-CP, did you feel it was worth it? I have an indirect HR position, been applying for more HR focused positions and wondering if this would help. Wondering what people think about my situation. I’ve been offered a role with a company. The job description didn’t mention college degree as a requirement. On my CV I have a section listed as “Education” and under it I have “Business Studies” with the university name and the 3 years that I attended the course (2.5 to be exact). In TCS, My base location is Hyderabad and nearest office location is Delhi. As WFO started I want to join nearest office but dont have Icard. HR is saying that Icard will be available only from base location.
What should I do now?
