Hi Team,

I joined Mindtree on 8th Feb and not got project and I was waiting for last 2 and half month. So, i gave interview outside (tech mahindra) and got selected. Almost 30-35% they said they will give and i am negotiating on it.

My main concern was shift and i have some health issues and unable to continue in night shift in Mindtree and tech mahindra its purely EMEA shift and per project team update.

Shall i switch to tech Mahindra?

Does anyone have any advise on how to become a staff video editor at a creative production company? They usually don't have any "job openings" listed on their site.

I have 5+ years of experience working at a creative ad agency, but much of the work was pitch/sizzle videos (yuck).

I'm freelancing now which has been a great step in the right direction but I'd eventually love to be on staff at a post house like The Den, Cut+Run, Company 3 etc. pumping out cool work. Just seems hard to break in.

To fellow Agency Producers. how often are you doing print producing, as well as video production? Curious to hear how others create a SOW for a video where the concept isn’t created yet. e.g. a startup asks for a proposal/estimate for a 60-second brand video with little input and a vague budget range.
