In weekend checked out VTP Peagusus project in Kharadi possession 2025. Project looks promising but when visited the site accept for the towers rest all be it roads or daily basis shops nothing is there yet but they say that till the time of possession roads and everything will be functional. The rate for 750 sqft carpet 2bhk they are giving for 74lacs and possession is 2023 May. Another 2025 possession 850 sqft carpet 2bhk for 79lacs.Hardly any difference in rate per sqft. Oh, plus 1s: take on more! Attend more meetings on sales and quotas. Support your team members who don’t perform at level. Don’t lose your shit when your client is making rather blind decisions and adding more meetings because they don’t know what they are doing. Then the audacity: how are you?! 🥹🤬
