Any one in HPE? I recently got an offer (~60lpa, 13 YOE) the variable pay/RSU etc seems to be on the lower side compared to the industry. No joining bonus too. Any one who can offer insights on feasible payranges/ yearly hike trends etc?

Is getting back together with an ex always a bad idea?

I’m 25 and have found a duplex I’m considering purchasing as a rental property. Planning on renting both units and have the cash to make the down payment without an issue. My cash flow analysis has a payback period of 3 years for my down payment and a 13 year payback period for the whole investment. I think financially it makes sense. My question is, is it realistic for a 25 year old young professional to handle dealing with all the extra curricular’s that come with owning a rental property ?
