Guys, i was working in a KPO on Australian accounting and taxation for the past 2 years. Now I've joined BNY Mellon, during interview the interview person told that process is NAV calculation and Balance Sheet reconciliation. It's already three week training hasn't started. While setting up lap i got an opportunity to discuss with a team member, he mentioned the job is more like a drag & drop and has no growth. Can someone suggest how to raise this issue with the TL?
