Hi All,
I have an offer from HCL as below.
But I am confused with variable pay, as it has 2 components
1. Engagement PB - 54996/-(to be paid monthly)
2. Performance bonus 66000/- (to be paid annually)

Spoke to HR regarding same, he said 1st component will be added in monthly salary.
I am not sure if that will be really added to monthly salary.
How can I negotiate on same?

Prov Payslip is generated for Jan month. I am new to HCL, joined on 3rd Jan. The prov payslip generated from Jan3rd to Jan31. I see there are deduction for basic salary, HRA Etc In the Income tax computation, the projected standard salary is for Feb and March. But it is showing twice of current month gross earnings ( current 88615.59, 88615.59*2 = 177231.18) What is the standard deduction 50k here? From next month will I get 94727 as my gross earnings? i am new to tax,pls help HCL Technologies

I’m a first year analyst in RFA with deloitte and have really hated my experience so far. Both my projects have been a lot longer than they stated and I have learned 0 skills from either of them. I’m really just doing the same task every day and I feel like my undergrad degree is going to waste. I had to rescind my acceptance to an offer at EY back in April because I had a medical issue present for a surgery and I didn’t want to complicate things with time off and changes in insurance and such since it was a scary process in and of itself. I’m healing faster than expected now though, and EY said to reach out if things change but that’s probably standard language. Is it likely that I could get them to re-send an offer? I still see postings for the role online.
