To fellow Agency Producers. how often are you doing print producing, as well as video production? My agency doesn’t have a print producer in house, and I am finding myself doing that job + the normal video production of campaigns we continually do. I feel over worked and underpaid. I was approached on LinkedIn for an early career recruiting role in DFW, TX. I don't have direct experience, but I have the university experience/connections from working in career services. Had an interview with Hexaware and 3 days back HR1 called me and said she will send the offer letter next week. 2 days back HR2 called me and said a client interview is scheduled for you and I attended that. Now if I fail to clear the client interview round, will I not receive the offer letter that is promised by the HR1?
