Hello Folks,
My current CTC is 16L (13L Fixed) in Accenture and working as CL10 and WFH.
I got an offer from PWC AC Bangalore is 21L fixed and WFH with joining date 15th Dec.
Now I got a promotional offer from Accenture of 16.6L fixed (with 25% hike) to CL9 which will be effective from 1st Dec.
They are asking me to retain.
Could any one please suggest me the better option? My yoe is 7 years.

Got an offer for a sales applications manager role at Cisco and a Strategic AE role at Amazon - both are basically the same pay (130~ base, 220 OTE)
I don’t have any friends at either company so I was curious if anyone has experience and can shed some light on culture/ work life balance to help me make a decision? Thanks for the help guys!

It's 7A, they are going to promote to 7B to give new matching salary
IBM is a good brand. Stay if they match your compensation
If you are happy with your current work then you should stay with IBM
Go for HCL if you planning to settle down. Their yearly hike is only 4% max. But there's a good wlb. Else go for CG
Ask IBM to give good variable to match your compensation.
On a second thought, if you can negotiate with Deloitte for 21 fixed and 3 JB like HCL, there’s nothing like it.

whats your tech stack.. I didn't knew CG is offering 3xYOE salary..
CG offered me the same 3x. YoE is 6. But the client told it's maintenance project and so I skipped the offer.
Today got HR call from Mphasis, offering 25 including 5 percent variable.

In IBM, Is there any wait rule to Sumbit resignation for 2nd time?
I had 24lpa outside in Jan, IBM retained me saying will give 20lpa effective Feb, till date nothing update, now in workday i see only 16lpa as new salary which may or may not come in April month salary.
What to do? Should I get whatever they give in April salary and put papers again?
Or is there any point in waiting in IBM?
