Why are we even comparing? EY without a second thought.
EY anytime. Hands down
Double the amount of leaves in EY
EY is not offering you the correct designation. Senior Consultant at 10YOE is unfair, you should be at a Manager level. Also if you are expecting WLB at EY - forget that!! I would pick HCL. (Note - worked at HCL for 3+ yrs & EY for 2+ yrs, left last month only) Rest is your call.
I beg to differ.. EY has different teams and each team will have different exp level for a designation.. in some teams a manager can be at assoc director level.. in others team he has to be snr manager and so on.. there are teams which offer 5 years exp as snr con and in some teams you need 8.. am sure if you joined earlier and stayed with EY you would be a snr con already.. but when you joining from out usually EY tends to give a Lowe designation to maintain parity especially if you joining from non big4.. I would still suggest EY over HCL anyday and in just 2 years you will be manager in EY
Agree with previous comment. You should be at manager level. HCL is a witch company so would not advise that.
