Hi Fishes.. 6 yoe in SAP SD, i got 2 offers one from Wipro14 lpa role tech lead and other from Infosys for 16lpa role consultant.. i feel in Wipro the role is good but package is very less and in Infosys the role less for my experience and package can also be revised.. what can i do.. need your valuable inputs if i can negotiate with anyone of the company or which i can choose.. I’ve been working as a contract TAS for 6 months in a medical device company. I started part time and as it became busier/my trainer quit, I became full-time. I applied for the TA position through corporate and would like some insight. the company is short staffed and my site specifically does not have good TA retention. For the salary expectation, I put in 85k which is in the range. I’m currently at 64k which is below the minimum of the range. Is this realistic?
