I interviewed for Sr. Program manager at Microsoft but they are offering me Program manager 2 role. This role is for Azure CI/CD Pipeline team. I have another offer from Audible at L6 Sr.TPM role but with performance bonus component MS is beating Audible by almost 50K at the end of the year so I am confused whether to go for higher role at Audible or higher TC at MS?Microsoft… more
