Or the promotion for the mid year already done?
I see for many people the designation has changed but for me it's not. I was under the impression that the promotion happens after the mid year discussion or after the year end discussion.
Can someone please tell the details and when we can expect the new revised letter mentioning the new designation.

Curious what the base and commission structure is for inside sales and associate director of sales in biotech (also anyone else who wants to share pls put industry). Paid hourly or salary? At the biotech company I work at avg inside sales is $62,632 with a $3500 per quarter cap. Commission structure is % based on sales quota reached vs capped (not a direct % of sales). I’m underpaid at $53000 with $3500 cap per quarter.

Suppose your work for employer A. You get a job with employer B who files you H1-B transfer and you get fired by employer A before the transfer is approved. Does that have any effect on transfer?

Looking for feedback on two opportunities and which opportunity would be better for my application for a M7 school in 2 years. 1) Stay at T2 consulting firm (already 2 YOE) and continue towards firm sponsorship 2) Take a substantial pay increase, go to a family office, and own more E2E work with direct contact with family (w/ no MBA sponsorship).
