I transferred firms to EY almost a year ago. I’m currently a SA1. I recently got my H1-B extension. Is it reasonable to assume that EY will start my GC application once I’ve been with the firm for a year? Or do I need to be at a higher rank or have less time left on my H1-B for them to get the process started?

I’ve worked at AT&T as a sales consultant for 6 years and 8 months where we prospect, uncover, and close on leads. I’ve used Salesforce for the past 4 years during my tenure. I’ve done B2B sales where I’ve received awards for it for 2 years consecutively. Loads of troubleshooting, uncovering needs through consultative styled selling, and tech app subscriptions.
I was wondering if I have the necessary skills to transition into a tech sales role. If so, what would be the best role/fit for me?Amazon Salesforce Google @

I have yet to meet one expat who has lived in Dublin and actually liked it. Pay is decent for entry level as long as you don’t mind Dublin.
I like the life in Ireland, yeah life it's expensive to live in Dublin, mostly rent, but there is enough social life in a small city. I will say that it's a very interesting salary for only one year of experience
Impressive for 1 year of sales experience. Do you speak any other languages than English/ will you have a market focus?
Yes, I speak fluent German and nearly fluent Spanish
Considering the average salary in Ireland is 40k pounds, I'd say this is excellent :) especially for 1 year of sales experience. Do you mind if I ask you how you came about this opportunity?
Super interesting I've been thinking of moving to Dublin too - sounds like a great offer op!
