How hard is the path from lit to GC?

Anyone work at Rivkin Radler Long Island office? What are pros/cons?

If I arrive after the boss in the morning (which is usually 8:30am) he won’t say good morning to me. I say good morning and it’s dead silent. Is that extremely rude or what? It feels like he’s training a dog into obedience.

Have no experience with 3D modeling programs so drawing diagrams and figures take a long time too. TOC < 80k and no annual bonus.

I received an offer for $74k as underwriting analyst. Company is based out of DC. Is $74k a good offer? Or should I negotiate for more. 6 years in the industry. 5 as an account manager/underwriting assistant

I work as a worker’s compensation adjuster and I cannot seem to get the hand of loss of time. Been in the same role for a year. Any piece of advise?
