Any recommendations on smart thermostats that you love and enjoy? I would need to replace 3 thermostats in our home so looking for best value. Our electric company will provide them “free” but then charges $10 per month. We plan to be in the same house for many years so doing the upgrade ourself seems to be a no brainer.

Dads with older children: while raising your children, did your children prefer their moms over you? I know some will prefer dads over moms, but I assume majority of children out there will prefer their moms over dads… I have one child and it kinda hurts to see my child always preferring the mom over me. My joining date mentioned in IBM Offer letter which I received just a while ago is second week of November, 2021. However, I have 90 days notice period. It also says to accept within 3 days and a clause is written that joining date can be revised only till 5 days. Will ibm revise my joining date ? I am very anxious it's too late so I cant even call recruiter.
