On the “talent” from - I recently interviewed two PhDs that supposedly obtained their PhD in India and presumable wrote a thesis - written communication was on the level of a 10 year old one and verbal wasn’t much better - begs the question how you supposedly produced a thesis in English.

What this will do is destroy the amount of foreign students in USA universities as who is going to pay excessive fees as a foreign national at university with little guarantee of a transition on to an H1B.

Secondly parents need to help their children understand that there will be a range of tech jobs for them to do now, also give the crack down we will need people to mow yards, change the beds in hotels etc. the labor market is at a real inflection point.

He did that his first term as well. In 2016 he shoot an executive order to increase the wage limits, but that was eventually struck down in 2021.
